Disintegrating Silverware Basket

2 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher KUDS30VSS2  Found the pump clogged with pieces of the silverware basket.  The basket is brittle and disintegrating only where it is above the heater.  The heater is not bent.  The lower rack is not missing any wheels.  Other than the basket, everything looks normal.  Can someone with Servicematters access please check for any service bulletins? Thanks.

KUDS30VSS2 does not seem to be a good model number.

You're right, I forgot to check it when I was there.  I think it's missing an I before the V.  KUDS30IVSS2. I think I figured out the problem.  Apparently some of these shipped with the wrong lower rack rollers. The rack would fall off the rails and then would be resting on the heater.  I'm going back with new rollers and basket. Thanks.
