Wp transmission

I replace a complete transmission last night when I left everything is working fine customer has called back stating that she heard a loud pop in now the machine does nothing. I'm going back out there now I will let everyone know what happened

That's odd, let us know what you find.

Probably the time or even capacitor on the motor. If the rubber dampers are not replaced between the motor and transmission the motor runs scew and causes to over load!

Thanks for the input,  here now and all seems well,  she said the breaker was thrown last night.  Would that indicate a capacitor

Try measureing how much amps the machine is drawing with a full load on wash and spin. Also check timer for any bad or buned connections on the selector fingers. Hope I could be of service. Do reply with solution?

Well,  everything sees to be working stil,  timer was free of burns
