Maytag Washer Won't Start

I have a Maytag Washer Model # MHWZ600TB01 and when you power it up everything lights up ok BUT it will only go through the Spin Only cycle, EVERY other option like Normal or Hand Wash when you hit the Start button the machine shuts shuts off. When I checked for error codes I found an F24 that says something about a water temp sensor but I was told that this must be an old code as NO error codes come up it just shuts off!! CCU,MCU problem maybe? When I do the hit the same button for 4 sec the pause then again is when the F24 shows up. Then I press the same button again and it starts at I believe sanitize or something with a 4 then it moves up to the next cycle and displays 11 then from there it just shuts down again, is this the diagnostics test that it is shutting down during? and if it is what does this point to. VERY CONFUSED - PLEASE HELP - ANY IDEAS OR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!! THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANYONES HELP!!

Number 24 is the temp sensor

I will try this, I am just confused as to why I do not get the 24 code / It just shuts down except when I press Spin Only -

Can I replace this easily? From the back near the heater element?

It's most likely a broken wire to the temp sensor in the back. If the wires are good and have near zero ohms resistance back to the CCU, the sensor needs replacement. It will spin if the sensor is bad. It wont star a wash cycle.
