Wolf stove oven burner AS36I-2
« on: January 18, 2012, 08:40:50 PM »
Wolf oven burner was pretty badly corroded and the old ignitor had gone bad.  Customer had a party and needed the oven asap.  So I figured that I could install a replacement ignitor and she could use it till I got a replacement burner for her.  NOT!!!!

On the 2nd day, she called and said that the oven stopped working so I rushed out there to see what happened.  Found the new ignitor had been destroyed by the old burner.  2 days later, went back and installed a new burner and new ignitor.

If that happens again grab a couple of c clamps and mount them on the burner till the other one arrives:
