White WestingHouse refer/ below freezing temp in fridge

Working on a WW refer, model# WRT17CGCW1. Way to cold in fridge. Cleaned coils, normal frost on evap coils, compressor is kicking on and fan is running. No fan by compresser. The fan was running constantly unless I manually turn the defrost timer which kicked back on in about 4 minutes of turning it off. I would thing the defrost timer would shut off longer then that. I changed the T-Stat and defrost timer but it's still not working at the right temp. Any help would be appreciated.

check freezer control setting, should be set @ half way, if is ,sounds like you will need a new cold control part #AP2146546

Thanks Bigbuck but I changed that. I thought it was the T-Stat. I guess it's not?

is it freezing everything down in the f/f section after cold control changed?

Not so much in the FF but the yogurt on bottom shelf was frozen. I checked temps 4 hours after installing parts. I know it takes 24 hours or more to stablize but thought it was weird the temps were below freezing after that much time plus the defrost timer only shut off for 4 minutes but I'm a noob at this. thanks for helping. I really appreciate it. If I can't figure this out I have to swap it out.

Just a up date. It was the temp control module. It just took sometime to get back to normal. Thanks again.
