Model MBF2256HEW .Evaporator fan runs all the time  24/7 .Temps fine ,ran diagnostics ...thermistors passed ,air door works .Customer says it does not freeze in fresh food ,which I find odd because on arrival the compressor was off but the evap fan was on and air door was open .Never run across this symptom before ...I'm thinking bad control board. It can't decipher the input resistance that one of the thermistors is giving it .Any ideas or thoughts ?

When you have it in diagnostics does the fan turn on and off?  If it doesn't, I would say you have a bad control board.  If it does, then the customer is probably imagining the problem.  It's perfectly normal for the fan and damper to be working when the compressor is off.  I replace about three jazz boards a year so I keep one on the truck.  In almost all cases it's replaced for a defrost problem.
