Whirlpool Duet Dryer Gas pause/cancel has no affect

Our Whirlpool Duet Dryer Gas Model GGW9250PW0 is acting up. Here's what we have noticed when you run a cycle, when it ends the pause/cancel has no affect, lights stay on.  We also have notice when the machine is off the following lights are dimmly lit  More, Delicate, On(Wrinkle Shield), and the Estimated Time Remaining. We have ran the diagnostics and everything functions, no error codes.  Any idea what could be the cause? Thank you

2 VOTES user interface. Had a couple electric models with this issue.

If you have "Wrinkle Shield" selected, then un-select it.
If that does not correct the problem, then a new control board.

Thanks for the replies. We have decided to order the user interface assembly, now the More and Less time buttons don't function.
