I guess I don't know much about newer stoves.   The gas company told an acquaintance that she needed a "new sensor".     I am looking at the parts list and diagram.  I see the ignitor, and a part called the "oven valve".    Where is the "sensor" that provides proof of flame?   Does the igniter do that???  Or is there a part that is not show on the diagram??

the ignitor does that, part # is AP3129373
