thermador oven c302z convection problem

hello an anyone help with c302zs upper convection fan not running no power to fan even with door switch closed the element is bad didn't replace yet but the element has 220 volts do I just need to replace element to get fan to work thanks for help do have service Manuel for this model cannot find one.

Anyone have a wiring diagram or service manual for this oven?
