whirlpool Duet dryer Model# GEW9200LW0 - Won,t Start

Hello To The Pros,
 
i have a Whirlpool Duet Dryer - Model # GEW9200LW0 and when you set it up to start it will not start, the timer led goes through the motions but nothing goes, no tub movement,no sounds, BUT ALL the lights are lit. I checked for power to the unit - its OK, I checked the Thermal mFuse for continuity and its OK, the Thermistor right next to it has to be checked how with my meter and what am I looking for in a reading? I usually use the ohms test with the beep sound not by digital read outs (sorry). I was told that it is probably the board? If anyone can help or have any ideas I would appreciate the help!

check the door switch? thermistor has nothing to do with it starting!

I'd say 90% of the time when they count down but dont start, its the Thermal fuse on the blower, part # 3390719
The other 10% would be the main board mounted on the left side right under the top.

Remember to check the thermal fuse with the wires disconnected.
