Whirlpool Built In Oven RMC305PVS01

Customer smelled smoke when he started preheat.  Then the oven wouldn't reach temperature.  Maximum temp would be about 200°F.  Pulled oven out of cabinetry and checked voltage at the terminal block.  120v Red to Black.  Shut off breakers and opened up junction box in wall and found electrical short.


Referred customer to a qualified electrician for resolution.
