Kenmore (Whirlpool) no spin

Customer Complaint: Washer would not spin
Arrived at house and customer had tried to fix it...took out spin assembly bolts and all transmision screws displacing the entire spin assembly in the process.  Luckily did not crack open tranny.
Replaced all tranny screws carefully from underneath. Dissassembled agitator etc. reinstalled tranny and spin assembly.  Reassembled agitator etc. 
Found broken motor coupling (initially thought it was) AP3963893 replaced.  Held breath while running through cycles.  Ran great.  Lucky he didn't dislodge anything inside the tranny
