LG Dryer DLE 250 has no power

My lg electric dryer has no power, the plug has power and another dryer we bought for cheap works, the power cord is good, the block where the power cord connects and goes out to the washer is good. I have replaced the electrical board for the front of the washer (circuit board). We moved from Washington State, we tested the washer prior to packing it, worked fine. I am trying to keep this simple, a tech came out and quoted us $300 for a new board, so I bought one from LG for about $100.00, still no power, any suggestions?
