LG DLEX7177WM will not heat up

Good afternoon,  I have a DLEX7177WM dryer.  Bought it used and for two years no issues.  Then it stopped heating and after testing, according to the service manual, the heating element was toast.  So replaced and was up an running.  Now, a year later, back to the same.  Is there possibly something 'upstream' that could cause the same issue to happen again?

I bought the part through eBay, so I know you can sometimes not get the best there.  Just want to get a better idea before I buy another element (not from eBay this time) in case it is not the quality of the part that is an issue.

Buy it thru hear. After installing make sure it is cycling correctly and you should be good.
