Whirlpool Duet Washer Model GHW9460PW2

Customer said washer was full of water and they could not get it to drain out.

I could hear the drain pump motor humming during drain cycle. Check the water pump and hoses for restriction.
Did not find any restrictions. Replaced washer drain pump part # 280187
