LG WM0642HW IE Error

Was getting IE error. Cleaned inlet filters and still getting error. Seems like water is not flowing and there is a humming noise at the inlet valve assembly. Thanks

IE: Water level  (246) was not reached in 8 minutes. Probably a bad water valve.

Or the screens are plugged up and need to be cleaned.
Turn the water off, remove the hot and cold water inlet hose from the back of the washer and look inside the valve.
Is there any junk in there or is it clean looking?

After further checking there was a y-connector as the water source that was completed plugged.  Thanks for the suggestions!
