Have a Samsung french door RF265BPAA/XAA. Getting frost/ice in refrig compartment and cooling fan freezing up. Have been told it can be defrost heater coil or a thermistor or just a plugged drain tube.
Have found lots of info about the side by side models with the same problem, but nothing about this model.
Does this model use the same basic parts as the side by side?
If anyone has a service manual they can post up so I can dig into this or any experience with what readings I should look for on the defrost coil and thermistors, that would be great.
