Sears / Whirlpool Washer 110.22932102 No Cold Water

Sears Washer Model 110.22932102 Manufactured by Whirlpool.

Customer said the cold water stopped working.

I could hear the water inlet valve make a humming noise when the washer should be filling with cold water.
Checked water inlet valve screens to see if they needed to be cleaned. The screens were clean so I replace the water inlet valve part # AP3094541
