Refrigerator No Water To Ice Maker

Hello,
I am currently working on a Frigidare refrigerator Model # GLHS38EGSB4 and I am not getting water to the ice maker but I can get water through the door. NOW here is the part that has be baffled. Ther is a button on the front that says - Filter Status - the only way I can get water through the door is by pressing this first and also when I press that you can here the ice maker calling for water. This unit has a Triple water valve and I am getting water to the single one as I disconnected it and got water, I believe that it is a bad water valve but my other concern is this Filter Status buton , the filter was just changed and they were switched from well to city water and this all happened at the same time. Please give me all the help you can on this as I don't want to put a water valve in if maybe this filter status button has something to do with it, or will that be okay if I put in a new water valve! Really has me baffled or should I say Frustrated. Thanks in advance for any help or even suggestions.

That does seem odd. Here is the tech sheet for your model.
I wonder if any of the other techs have seen a problem like this?

check to see if you're getting voltage to the Water Valves ...
NOTE: this model uses steering Diodes in the Main Water Valve circuit
test if they are good or shorted ...
