795.77543600 Kenmore Refrigerator

A customer called last night about all the control board lights blinking on his 795.77543600 Kenmore made by LG refrigerator. No cooling and no fan motors running. I suspected the control board had been changed to DEMO mode and instructed him how to cancel DEMO.
Refrigerator came on and started cooling.
I called him this morning to double check and everything was working fine.
He insisted on putting a check in the mail for the help.
