Need help with fixing my refrigerator

My refrigerator stopped working and I would like to learn how to fix it myself.

If yours is a model with a defrost timer then the defrost timer might have gotten hung in defrost. Find the timer and advance it to see if the compressor kicks in. If it is clicking then most likely the compressor relay is out. Take the relay off and shake it. If the thang rattles then it is bad. Is the bask of the freezer wall frosted over? You might have a broken defrost heater or termination thermostat gone out. What is the symptoms and can you post yer model number?

Your model refrigerator does not have a mechanical defrost timer that you can advance by turning it.
Yours has a electronic board instead. It's #23 in this diagram.
