Frigidaire Range FEF366DSE Still does not bake after replacing bake element

Frigidaire Range Model FEF366DSE


Customer replaced the bake element part # AP4356505 because the oven would not heat up during the bake cycle.
After they replace the bake element the oven still would not heat so they called me to look at it.


I replaced the oven clock part # AP4554579

Was the original bake element bad then too?

Yes, the original bake element was bad. You could tell just from looking at it.
I would guess that the bake element may have shorted to ground when it burnt out, tripped the breaker and damaged the clock.
