GE SxS Hollow Ice

GSS22JETAWW.  Getting hollow ice cubes.  It's getting a full fill of water. Since the icemaker is electronic, I figured the thermistor might be causing it to short cycle.  I replaced the icemaker but still has the same problem.  There's got to be a service bulletin for this problem, I hope.

Check freezer temp. Should be 0 to 5 degrees.
Check water fill to icemaker.
Is it full.
Check water filter for low pressure fill.
