ED25RFXFN01 Refrigerator not cooling and making a clicking sound

Not cooling. I removed the back and the compressor is making a clicking sound.
Is the compressor bad?

Start Relay Part # 8201799

Hi Ted,

Yes that is the correct start relay for your refrigerator.
The start relay is mounted on the side of the compressor under a plastic cover and is probably what is making the clicking sound.

Replace the start relay with a new one and you should be good to go.

I do not have a local appliance parts store around here, but here it is online, Part # TJ90PRO41

What one would be better to order?

I have never used a pro41, it may work just fine.
