Have an Amana refrigerator model no. DRS2662AW that will not get cold enough in the freezer.It will get down to only about 30 degrees no matter what setting it is on.I have checked the condenser coils and they are clean,Both of the fans are working,but it will not get below 30 degrees.What do you guys think might be wrong with this thing?Low on freon?

Went and removed the freezer back panel and found no frost on the coils.

Probably low on refrigerant then.
In that case it has a leak that would need to be found and repaired.

Its worth fixing. Tap it .pump it down and recharge. Then check for leaks.
