Kenmore Gas Dryer model 110.77082600.

The control panel buttons are sometimes completely unresponsive.  If I unplug the machine for about a half hour and then plug it back in I can get it to power up and run, however, if I put it in one of the auto settings the time and wetness level constantly change, accompanied by a lot of beeping.  I can get it to dry in the "timed dry" setting, but it seems to take an inordinate amount of time.  I have the matching washer and had to replace both the user interface board and the control panel board.  Is this another board replacement and if so can I figure out which one if there are two?  Is there a easy fix before board replacement?

I see this dryer has a moisture sensing bar inside them wet clothes rubs against to let the control know their is dampness.  Get some windex and clean the sensor bar real good, it might have some junk on it that is preventing moisture from being sensed.

I looked up your model number and there are a few electronic boards in it.

User Interface: Part # AP3953739

Electronic Control: Part # AP4359310

Electronic Control: Part # AP3889358

I would check for bad connections between the boards and the user interface before I ordered anything.

I have also attached a copy of the tech sheet for your dryer.

I wonder what the other techs think of the problem.
