Whirlpool washer WTW58ESV100 agitate and fill

Going on a call this evening on a Whirlpool washer WTW58ESV100 that is agitating while filling and leaving clothes wet after spin. First thought was water level switch. Customer then stated now it doesn't fill and just starts agitating. Could this be a timer issue or should I still lean towards water level switch or should I just take both incase?

Could have junk in the tube going to the water level switch. To test it you could disconnect the hose to the water level switch and see if it fills with water then.

I was thinking to blow in it to see if it is obstructed. I was leaning more towards the level switch or tube and not timer but wanted to ask more experienced people so I don't get out there and not have the correct part with me. The clothes still being wet after spin made me think it was adding water during or before the spin cycle which I have experienced with bad level switches in the past. I was going to ohm the switch to make sure it working properly and make sure it is getting power from the timer also.

I don't see many problems with water level switches, but do see problems with junk plugging the tube to the switch.

Look for soap and hard water scaling inside the washer tub blocking the hole to the air dome.

Let us know what you find.
