The right front burner no longer works.
Do I just need to replace the burner with a new one?
How do I replace it?
What is the part number of the burner?

Could be the burner.


Right Front Burner: Part # AP3182845


Could also be the switch for the burner: Part # AP3008911


Here is the KERC507YWH2 Parts Diagram it may help with taking it apart.


If you have power to the heating element, but it does not get hot then replace the element. Other wise it's probably the switch that is bad.
