Frigidaire Refrigerator Won't Make Ice

Model # PLHS237ZAB3, the refrigerator was cooling fine, but the ice maker stopped producing ice. Removed the cover and turned the gear to force a harvest cycle. The drive motor started running so I knew there was power to the unit. I then removed the front of the IM assembly and did a quick voltage check on the thermostat while it was still cold only to find 120vac (0vac closed, 120vac open) between the two leads. I then did a quick continuity check of the three switches just to make sure they were all functioning and then I replaced the failed thermostat . Once the ice maker cooled back down, it began making ice again.
