What browser are you using?
If your using Firefox try a different browser.

What happens when you try to open it?

I'm able to open it fine.

I was unable to open any .pdf attachments with Firefox 8.0.1 , it's been a known problem for awhile with FF.
I just updated to FF 9.0.1 this afternoon and now I'm able to download .pdf attachments using Firefox again.

Safari is still my browser of choice though. ;)
