Not sure off hand, would you have a model number you could post for us?
Was there a tech sheet with the dishwasher?

SHU33/DLX Press and hold  Power Scrub Plus + Rinse & Hold, then press the Start button.
The press the Power Scrub Plus + Rinse & Hold again.
