Samsung dryer no heat.

Tested element and both thermostats all metered out fine.  Customer complained about intermittent drying ultimately leading to no heat consistently.  Replaced secondary main control board, (mfs-dv327l-00)  unit heated.  Customer calls back an hour later with a complaint of no heat again,  when I head out tomorrow ill check my thermostats again and element.  Customer stated he used both auto sensing and manual drying cycles.  Theres no. Error codes being thrown.  Should I be looking at a thermistor Any. Ideas?

samsung    , i had that same problem, went back to cust. found heating ok when i arrived. after 43 minutes thermostat was open, went back with thermostats , have not heard back.   knock on wood, been over 4 months now.

Great,  guess I'll try that first .  Seems odd that a thermostat could act up so Intermittently

Replaced thermistor and both thermostats the new thermistor ohm'd out differently than old. Working now
