Model: CDB1500AWW3
Customer Complaint:  Dishwasher does nothing
Verified power to dishwasher.  Took inside door off checked latch-good.  Checked power to control board and power out to ribbon for keypad-good.  Disconected ribbon from keypad cleaned whith an eraser tip and soft cloth reconnected worked like a charm.
Told customer it could last for years or go out after the first wash when it does go out I will come with a new keypad to replace.
