Frigidaire oven not heating...either element

Frigidaire PLEB27S8CCB...Elements not heating. I have checked across thermal switch w/multimeter set on 200, reads 00.8 with button out and 1. with button depressed. Button will not stay depressed. (with or without power) I cannot locate fuses and I have gone over every wire on this thing. I even pulled the power cord and checked for continuity on it. I still suspect the thermal switch but hesitate to spend $80+ on it until I am sure. Does the fact that the reset button will not stay depressed indicate that the thermal switch is bad? Where are the fuses located?

Yeah if it won't reset the bi metal inside is gone, part # 318004900

that reading is OK
Are your House Cuircuit Breakers OK ... try re-setting them
Have you tested for 240v at the Wall Outlet and at the Oven ?
Does the Convection Fan work ?
Have you used Self-Clean lately ?

Yes sir. I tried the breakers first thing. I have also tested the wall outlet and then the terminal block on the oven. I have run the self clean cycle and bypassed the thermal switch. Still no heat to the elements. I have checked and rechecked the elements and the wiring. I am beginning to suspect some component of the control panel but don't know what to try next. Any ideas? Help!

When the Oven is OFF, measure for 120v AC from either end of either Elememnt to chassis (ground)

Ok. What should it read? I am assuming that I am checking for continuity to be sure that the elements are not the problem. I don't think they are but I will check anyway. What would be the next most logical step since it sometimes takes hours between posts? I'm an old fart and have a lot of patience but my wife...not so much. It aint so much that I'm just cheap as much as it is that I have beeen forced to live on a fixed income since I was disabled by an on the job injury. Gotta fix what I can myself. I usually figure it out on my own but need help from time to time. Oh yeah...the convection fan works. The elements do not.

Thanks for the info and the video. I Tested the controls and both BA an BR were reading 246 indicating that the conrols are bad.
So I guess I'll need to order a new clock/timer/control panel, part # 318010700
Ouch! Is that what you would suggest at this point?

How are your soldering skills?  It's highly unlikely that both relays on the board failed at the same time, so I think you have cracked L1 solder joint.  Resolder it and see what happens.
