Bosch Dishwasher is killing me

Hi all, I'm new here. I know I haven't properly introduced myself. Hopefully this can be forgiven. Been working on a Bosch D/W Mod# SHX46B05UC/21. Unit will run for 4 hours or longer. I have 120v at the board going to the heater box, but no amp draw. So bad heater assy. well my company sent a heater box that is wrong it's from the same Mod number except ending in /16. The heater box on this unit has a wax motor with some sort of plunger that goes into the heater box. Would anyone have any info, tech manual, or part number for this unit.

Thank you both, and Jimbo too. the heater box on the unit I'm working on has a water switch, that is the wax motor type part on the bottom of the heater box. I will have to check the part number against the part number I was given when I get in the truck a bit later. Thank you guys again. Hopefully I can be of some help to someone in the future.

Scotty, one of the first thigs to check is at the control module. See the flow chart from JWWEBSTER's link page 16. Almost never does the heater fail. Usually the control board. If the board is burned at the heater relay, check with Bosch to see if that model is covered by their control board recall.

Update: It ended up being the control board. (Thanks Scrapiron). We found a bad solder joint, repaired it, but ordered a board anyway (customer has a maint. agreement). Thanks to all who had input. Really enjoying this site, great info......
