Maytag MHWE300 No Final Spin

Any of you guys seen this one?
The Washer will Wash and Rinse Will Fill Wash Drain and SPIN on all cycles normally EXCEPT the Final SPIN
It will just not do it
it will go through diagnostics and it will high speed spin in daignostic mode
it will not spin in a regular wash cycle once it hits 5 min it will try then go back to balancing the load then just quit and finish the cycle like it did spin but it didnt
Motor??   Dont think so
MCU  ??    Same reason
Door LATCH??    Maybe ??
Pressure Switch ??   This is my strongest suspicion
CPU??           maybe

Anybody dealt with this??
