Bosch Stainless steal dishwasher

Hey, I wasn't exactly sure where to post for a Bosch.  I got a great machine here the only problem with it is it leaves white film on the dishes.  I am located in AZ and the water is really hard so I figure it must be something to do with that.  Anyone have any idea where I should start here?

Start by getting a water softener.

K, I will pick it up and let you know how it works.  I got this really nicve bosch for free due to this issue so if LEMI SHINE is my solution then I will be a very happy dude.

Threw some lemi shine in there.  Sold it along side the install and past the lemi shine down to the customer and told them to use it until its gone because its a used dishwasher and Arizona has hard water.  I sent them a customer feedback form and they responded to it and it was all positive stuff!
