LG Steam Washer Display Panel Model#WM2801HRA

LG steam washer, model #WM2801HRA, control panel digital display is unreadable.

Is this a problem with the control panel or power control board? Any help would be much appreciated.

Replace the display board.  The part number is AP4999224
