Whirlpool ghw9400pl0 fills with water and then nothing. . .

As mentioned above, the Duet HT front-loader is filling with water and then nothing - no agitation, no spin, nothing.  Can't tell if motor is bad but the clothes haven't been getting as dry as they once were.  Possible motor issue??  Don't know.  Any wisdom appreciated.
