Could be that it's waiting for the water to get up to temp.
Maybe a bad heater or thermostat?

I'm not that familiar with GE dishwashers.
Maybe another tech will have something to add.

Hmm, being JW's link said 'Not Available' I decided to looked up the part # WD21X10202 at RepairClinic, but it's also not available there too.

How old is this dishwasher?

im not sure what this turbidy sensor does and where its located on the dishwasher part #wd21x10202 and what else should i check? ???
