GEQ8858EQ0 Whirlpool Dryer, Motor Just Hums

When staring the dryer the motor would just hum like it was stuck.

I took the dryer apart so I could try and turn the motor by hand.
The motor turned freely by hand so I replace the motor, part # 279827
