Whirlpool direct spark oven

Model: GW395LEPS03
Complaint: Neither bake or broil will work
Checked all thermastat's and fuses.  Burners work.  Checked voltage to gas valve at igniter and inconsistent voltage to bake solenoid.  Checked bake solenoid on gas valve and inconsitent reading's.  Replaced gas valve part # 9763716 Works great.
