Customer is complaining of freezer won't stop freezing.  Customer sets temperature at 0F but it continues to run and displaying -6.  Shuts the power off several times to reset the controls but it still doesn't stop.  Refrigerator side temperature is normal 38F.


I'm thinking the control board relay problem.  If you have any other ideas, let me know.

Might be a thermistor out of position or out of spec.
