Frigidaire affinity washer
« on: November 01, 2011, 07:36:45 PM »
I have a front load washer that I love but is making me very mad. The problem is that it won't finish the final spin cycle. It quits at 10 mins let. What can i do?

p.s. we have all ready checked the pump for clogs.

It starts draining and then when it's suppose spin it just makes a buzzing noise. It does this for about 5 minutes then then cuts off like the is done when in fact there is 9-10 minutes left.

so does the tub move at all in spin ...like back and forth?  does the buzzing noise come from the door lock?

I find that the door lock is a common failure when the washer will not spin...

if  you hear a buzzing noise press on the door and see if it changes sound?

The factory part number for the door switch is 131763202

Your model number also ends in a Zero instead of the letter O.

Model FAFW3577KR0

Let us know if a new door switch does the trick for you.
