Whirlpool Dryer Model YGEW9250PW0

I have whirlpool dryer ygew9250pw0 which does not come on when CONTROL ON button is pressed. can not go to diagnostic too. Only control lock works and when lock button is pressed the LED comes on too and a beep is heard for lock. can anyone tell if the user interface is bad or the power board is bad?
