Appliance repair resources

I am new to this industry and I am looking for any appliance repair resources that I can find to help me gain more knowledge in appliance repair. I have found a few technical manuals that have been published by Whirlpool and would appreciate more if anyone knows of any other place to get this type of information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Being from Canada it maybe harder to come up with some manuals for your models, but it never hurts to ask for something if you can't find it.

Yes I've seen those, Thanks. My mother has four Frigidaire older appliances and I cannot seem to locate any manuals for them. I tried the internet and the searches show nothing. I don't know what it is with Canadian appliances but manuals, forget it. I went in to one of our big furniture department stores and looked at a fridge there, got the model # off of it and came back home and tried to find a manual for it...no such luck. But what I am looking for more than the manuals is the technical books like the ones that are put out by Whirlpool or maybe service bulletins. I am just in the process of starting my own business and every little bit that I can learn would sure go a long way.
