ok this unit does not power on, no display or anything
if you hit power (or any button or touch screen) the relay clicks once and a few seconds later clicks again.
if i disconnect the white plug (con1) going to the screen, the relay only clicks once...if you wait a few seconds and hit a button it clicks again.
i am not getting any 12v power (the led stays unlit)....but i do get 5v standby on con2 (pins 1+2)
ive been thru the service docs.
tested every part i could, and everything checks out.
a while back i started to try to repair this machine, before i had the service docs.
at that time i noticed ic300 was burnt, not sure the original part #...but i replaced it with top223yn, i must have done some research and picked this as a suitable replacement. (idk lol)
any back to the present time...i saw in the docs about the brake resistor in relation to ic300, but the resistor ohms out good.
but as i stated there is still no power.
next on my list is the transformer behind ic300 (smp5)
i dont have any experience testing these, but it just doesnt appear to be reading as it should.
if anyone know how to test this component, please share.
if anyone knows what caused ic300 to burn, please share. (motor maybe?)
if anyone knows the original part # for ic300, please share.
if anyone knows anything else that i can try/test, im willing to try anything at this time.

i am trying to repair this without replacing the entire inverter, but i know when enough is enough
