Samsung RS2534SH set temp move up by itself

Here is on I had today..


Samsung side by side...RS2534SH  Customer said that the freezer set temp will move up by itself untill she has to reset it. unplugs it and the temp set will go back to 0 or she said that she can push the button untill it is back to 0....


also she said that the freezer will 0 will blink sometimes...


what do you guys think?

dose this frig have a touch screen i mean like a glass like finish. no actual buttons that you can physical feel press when you touch it or is it like a i phone so to speak? the reason that i am asking is if it is like a i phone the touch scree could think that it is being touched when it is not. i have run into a couple of different appliances that ether beep like they are being touched or have funny things that happen when no one touches it. something to look in to for you good luck

No, this one has 6 buttons . I am still thinking it is a user interface problem...

The model number doesn't match.  The real model is called the BOM and ends in /XAA.  What is that number?
