You guys have bailed ne out several times...including two recent issues with refrigerators. Now its the washer:

Model is MVWX600XW I think . Less than 6 months old. She says it leaves clothes noticeably dirty, even if using the longer "power" cycle. Is there something wrong here? Any operating tips of things to check for?

Call a local authorize service as it is under warranty.

Make sure she is using HE detergent and very little . also there must be enough garments in the washer as this washer need to have garment in the tub to wash correctly.
