GE profile stove manual or tech sheet?

Does anyone have a service manual or tech sheet for a GE Profile JGSP48B0H1BB
It's acting a little hokey.  It will come up to 350 no problem but if you turn it up higher it will shut itself off and the customer can smell gas in the oven but no flame.  They have also had problems with it burning things as well as once in awhile taking forever just to come up to temp.  Haven't been out to see what's happening yet kind of hoping it's just an oven sensor but would love a tech sheet to see if there is any diagnostic test to be made or at least values to check the control.

Check the glow coil first. Seems like the only logical explanation for a gas smell.

I am planning on checking the amp's on igniter and ohm out the sensor; but so intermitent.  I recently converted this oven to natural gas and they were having problems burning things before change over...converted and adjusted the burners and all worked well but now this...crazy.

Did you adjust the orifice on the oven gas valve? Since it was on propane it must have been cranked all the way down. If you didn't adjust that then it would take a long time to get up to temp. The gas smell though could very well be a weak ignitor like OSG said.

The only adjustment I made was with the air shuttter's on the bake and broil and had a nice flame.  I wasn't aware of an orifice adjustment for this model did I completely miss something?  It came up to temp nicely when I left and replaced stove top orifices and adjusted them they are working nicely.

JW, what about the cap on the gas regulator too?

I have never done a G.E. gas range and can't tell from the parts photo of the regulator, but for whirlpool brands there is a cap to flip over when converting it from nat. gas. to propane.

WPT, it is basically the same just unscrew the large brass nut and swap(turn over the inside clip marked LP & NAT) to change over.  l

You had not said anything about doing that before, so I was not sure if you had known about it or if it even had to be done on a GE.

Sorry for the confusion.  I did a change over from LP to Nat.  never done it before...usually Nat. to LP but figured it would be the same process just in reverse then adjust flame.  It worked great when I left but I must have missed something.  I will check igniter's and sensor but am worried it may be in the control and was hoping for a tech sheet because this unit doesn't have one...gotta love the tech who was out there last.  Also changed over their dryer and no sticker or anything that it was LP.

Ok, as JW said this model does have adjustable hoods for the bake and broiler so you will want to open them up too.

I adjusted the hood's to get a good flame when I did the change over.  JW was saying I needed to open or back off the orifice's for the oven bake/broil and I do not see that in this model.  If I'm wrong I would love to hear it.  I can check the individual components and if they check ok I will have replace the control.  I just hate throughing parts at something without checking...drives me nut's when people do!  There is no tech sheet and can't find a manual to check this sucker out.  I will probably end up ruling out everything else and then go to the control.  Why can't GE work with us little guys and let loose of some info...

This is a adjustable broiler orifice found on your model GE range. The brass hood on the end can be screwed in and out to adjust it instead of changing a orifice.

You will want to open them up so turn them CCW.
I would say half to a full turn.
